The Vortex Ultimate 12 Core 2066 is based on Intel's 2066 architecture. This has 2066 pins on the processor which connect it to the mainboard and so this allows for wider bandwidth of data transfer so that more data can be processed on ny given clock cycle. Couple this with more on-board cache in the processor and the result is a Music-PC that can process more and more instruments and effects in real time.
Of course, all this processing creates more heat which is why Vortex Ultimate feature Be Quiet CPU coolers that have twin silent fans cooling two separate heat pipe radiators with the fan speeds constantly monitored and adjusted by the mainboard so that you processor is kept at the optimum temperature in almost complete silence.
